These designs may be used in the production of goods by the person who purchased them for resale by that individual only.  This includes a storefront, ebay, yahoo stored

You may use these designs for a home business venture up to 100 items per year, unless otherwise stated below each collection.

The unauthorized redistribution of an image, for profit, in any way or form, without premission or license from, the copyright owner is an illegal act of copyright infringement.

• Whip & Stitch reserves the right to change and modify the terms of use at any time,  it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that he or she is aware of any changes .
• You may not sell or distribute our patterns in any format including but ot limitted to CD collections.
• No mass production!
• No sharing! Of any type or form! This means you may not share any of our patterns with anyone, nor share any item you create with the use of our patterns, This includes but not limited to groups, forums, mailing lists etc.
• You may not offer/share in any way our patterns in downloadable collections of any kind.
• You may not claim ownership to any pattern in whole or in part.

• Patterns found here are created from various different artists.  We are required to follow their terms and you are also required to do so.  If there are specific terms, they will be noted on their individual pages.
• Again, We reserve the right to change/add/delete these terms as necessary and if circumstances warrent it.
